We offer wines in the Loire style, that is to say with a lot of freshness, finesse and without too much extraction during vinification.<\/p>

Wines made by the winegrowers above all: We hand harvest and sort the grapes on the vine with our partner winegrowers and at Domaines Amirault and Grosbois.<\/p>

We vinify the harvested grapes ourselves, without additives and use only natural yeasts from our vineyards.<\/p>

We carefully monitor the vinification and the necessary viticultural activities (racking, tasting the separate cuv\u00e9es etc) and the \u2018elevage\u2019 of each wine in our range.<\/p>

Our wines are certified 100% organic, biodynamic or more recently \u201cVin M\u00e9thode Nature\u201d in the course of conversion to AB*.<\/p>

We scrupulously respect the regulations of our AOP and 100% of our wines are produced from grapes that are Organic (AB) or in course of conversion to Organic or Biodynamic, from French vineyards only. Our wines are produced essentially from the appellations of Chinon, Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil and Gaillac.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

AOP Gaillac & Vin de France<\/i><\/p>

Soils:<\/strong> Located on the right bank of the Tarn, not far from the village of Cestayrols, this is where our Gaillac and Vin de France come to life. The first C\u00f4tes for the reds are on clay-limestone soils, and our whites on the Cordais plateau, also on clay-limestone soils.<\/p>

Viticulture:<\/strong> 100% of the vineyard is conducted in Organic Agriculture, both our white and red grapes. The vineyard is also carried out under the practice of semi-vegetation, avoiding soil erosion in winter and spring, amending the soil without external additions and naturally decompacting the soil. Mating disruption is also practiced to restrict the maximum use of insecticides in the treatment of the vine.<\/p>
